Do you ship products internationally?
If you are ordering from outside the North America, you are welcome to order from this site. Due to our lack of international / European Distribution at this time, shipping to countries outside North America can be expensive; we encourage you to examine our shipping rates closely. The current shipping quotations are based off UPS (United Parcel Service) rates, however if you would like for us to seek shipping quotes from alternative outlets please contact us at sales@paletteindustries
What sort of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept payment securely through Paypal, which accepts most major credit cards. If you do not have a Paypal account simply click on "Pay with debit or credit card after making your selection at checkout"
Do you do large volume orders?
If you would like to make a large volume order of our products, please contact us at sales@paletteindustries.com and we will try to accomodate you in the best way we can.
What do you mean by Limited Editions?
Often our studio collection is created locally and on limited budgets to not only preserve the exclusivity of our products but also maintain quality. Due to the handmade nature of most of our products in the studio collection there can be slight variations. As there are limited supply of most of these products submitting your order, does not guarentee we can fufill it, if you submit your order and we are sold out of the specific product you purchased, we will issue you a refund for the charged amount.
Can I buy the Dharma Lounge or the Camus Lamp?
After the studio run of the Dharma Lounge sold out, we have halted studio production of the chair and Camus Lamp due to preservation of exclusivity for those who did purchase one and limitations of our resources. However we are currently seeking manufacturers to bring it to a larger market. Please contact manufacturer@paletteindustries.com if you are interested in partnering up with us.
I live in Calgary can I pick up my order to save shipping cost?
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide this service at this time. All orders must be shipped from the warehouse.
Will Palette Industries sell my personal information?
Palette Industries is not selling or sharing customer's information to a third party in any form. If you need more information please read Palette Industries privacy policy.
Will everything that I order ship together?
Not necessarily. In order to provide faster service we may ship products from different warehouses.
